Kaitlin Beach

Kaitlin Beach is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at Peening Technologies, responsible for overseeing process improvement and maintenance. Previously, Kaitlin held roles such as Continuous Improvement Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Rapid Micro Biosystems, contributing to new product development and implementing key performance indicators. At Olympus Corporation of the Americas, Kaitlin facilitated process mapping events and completed a 21-month rotational program in engineering. Early experiences include internships at TRUMPF North America and Peening Technologies of Connecticut, focusing on mechanical design and shop floor operations.
