Mike Kropp

Mike Kropp has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mike started their career as a Systems Engineer at American Cimflex Corporation from May 1986 to November 1988. Mike then worked as a Systems Integrator at ATS Automation Tooling Systems from December 1988 to January 1992. In 1992, they co-founded PEER Group Inc. and held various roles throughout their tenure. Mike initially served as the Vice-President of Engineering, where they led the formation of the engineering department and established the company's equipment supplier business. Mike then became the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operations in North America. In this role, they introduced organizational design strategies and a financial management style that resulted in long-term stability and profitability. Mike later became the President and CEO of PEER Group Inc., and under their leadership, the company shifted its focus to the semiconductor manufacturing market and achieved significant growth. The company currently has over 250 employees and opened an office in the Greater Toronto Area in 2022. Throughout their career, Mike Kropp has displayed a strong emphasis on innovation, quality, customer service, and business growth.

Mike Kropp attended the University of Toronto from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Electrical Engineering and received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. In 1990, they obtained the certification of P.Eng. from Professional Engineers Ontario.
