Kelli Gadbois, SHRM-CP, CAPM has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kelli'smost recent role was as the Risk Control Committee Chairperson at Navigator Casualty - Captive Resources LLC since June 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Peerless Fence, including Director of HR & Risk Management, Special Projects Manager, HR Manager, Director of Marketing & Sales Support, Customer Service Manager, and Home Depot Program Administrator. Kelli also served as the VP of Programs & Certification at DSHRM from August 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Content Developer at Cognitive Arts, a PR & Publications Intern at Delnor Community Hospital, a Nature Programs Instructor at St. Charles Park District, a Publications Intern at University of Missouri Health Care, and a Departments Editor for the Renovate|Style Capstone Project. Kelli began their career as a Receptionist at The Clip Joint Salon and a Student Reporter at Columbia Missourian.

Kelli Gadbois, SHRM-CP, CAPM, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In 2018, they obtained their SHRM Certification in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University. Kelli then pursued further education in 2020, earning OSHA Construction & General Industry Certificates from the National Safety Education Center and a Project Management Institute, CAPM Exam Prep certification from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, in 2016, Kelli obtained a RYT 200 certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga by Degrees. Kelli has also obtained additional certifications, including an OSHA General Industry Certificate from the National Safety Education Center, a COVID-19 Infectious Disease Prevention Specialist (IDS) certification from the National Association Of Safety Professionals, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a SHRM-CP, Certified Professional designation from SHRM.
