Wajdi al-Shaer

Wajdi Al-Shaer is an experienced regional sales manager with a strong background in sales and engineering within the water treatment and pumping technology sectors. Currently at Peerless Pump Company since October 2018, Wajdi has previously held positions as an area sales manager at Xylem Inc. and Pentair, where robust sales strategies were designed and implemented to drive revenue growth. Starting as a sales engineer at Al.Khorayef Industries Co., Wajdi has built and strengthened customer relationships and managed technology evaluations to address evolving needs. Prior experience includes working at A. Abunayyan Trading Corp., focusing on a range of engineered products from leading international companies. Wajdi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering from Philadelphia University in Amman, Jordan.
