Julie Payne

Julie Payne is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Peerless Technologies since July 2019, Julie has automated Windows desktop provisioning using Microsoft Provisioning Packages and Ansible AWX API calls. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Systems Engineer - Infrastructure at OEConnection and as a Virtualization Engineer Level 2 at Evolve IP, consistently meeting service level agreements while supporting Citrix and VMware environments. Earlier experience includes a Managed Services Support Intern position at GXS, where Julie provided second-level technical support, and a Tech Support Consultant Intern role at T & M Technology Solutions, focusing on installation and troubleshooting of various Windows operating systems. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Networking from The University of Akron and an Associate of Applied Science in CIS- Software Development and Networking Communications Technology from Lorain County Community College.
