Danilo Bento has over 20 years of work experience in the tech industry. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Network and Systems Administrator at Inter.net. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Embedded Systems Programmer at Aberium. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Systems Specialist at Diveo do Brasil. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Dedicated Paranoid for Latin America (Security Analyst) and Emerging Markets Service Engineer at Yahoo!. In 2009, they worked as a System Administrator at Matrix Internet and as a Security Analyst at Rede Record. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an IT Director at Matrix Data Center. From 2016 to present, they have been working as a Consultant at RTI Suporte and a DevSecOps Technical Lead at PeerNova Inc.

Danilo Bento has a diverse educational background. Danilo earned their MSc in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their PGCE in Education from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2006 to 2007. Danilo then completed their AS in Network Management from Faculdade Radial between 2002 and 2005. Finally, they began their Bachelor in Philosophy from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2000 and is still in progress.
