André Libert

André Libert's work experience includes the following roles and responsibilities:

- Currently serving as the Responsable des Achats de l'entreprise at Steiner AG, responsible for a portfolio of 350 MCHF annually. André is involved in redesigning the procurement function, managing recruitment and personnel, monitoring performance, and reporting.

- Previously worked at PeersGroup as a Manager, overseeing consultants and responding to bids. André was responsible for creating and developing support offerings for the construction sector and sustainable procurement and CSR.

- Acted as the CEO of La Maison Française pour la Cuisine et la Santé, leading a project that involved team recruitment and management, market research, and overseeing the writing of technical and functional specifications.

- At Losinger Marazzi SA, served as a Responsable Achats, managing procurement across multiple sites in French and German. André was also an Acheteur produit, achieving a 9% margin and 25M€ in sales through internationalization, globalization, and standardization. Additionally, they conducted performance diagnostics in procurement.

- Worked at NORPAC as an Acheteur sous-traitance, assisting in the creation of a subcontracting purchasing department. André also assisted in the development of monitoring and control tools and utilized the Oxalys P2P purchasing system.
