Elisa Hertzler has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing and Business Development Student Consultant at the Hasso Plattner Institute, where they collaborated on a project founding the WeQ association. From 2015 to 2016, Elisa interned as a Political Communication Consultant at fischerAppelt furore GmbH. Elisa then joined TRUMPF in 2016, initially as an Intern in their Corporate Development department and later as a member of their Strategy and Corporate Development team until 2019. In 2018, Elisa founded Peers Solutions, where they currently serve as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Peers Solutions is a unique skill management platform that aims to address the skills shortage and drive digitalization in companies. In 2019, Elisa began working as a Speaker and Podcast Guest, participating in various events and TV appearances. Elisa also became a Guest Lecturer for MBA classes at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in 2021. Elisa recently joined PwC and AWS as a Scale-Up Member starting in October 2022.

Elisa Hertzler holds a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation (Communication in Social and Economic Contexts) from Universität der Künste Berlin. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in English (C2 level) from ZEMS TU Berlin in February 2015. Elisa also has certifications in Spanish (B2 level) from Instituto Cervantes and in French (B1 level) from FIAF - French Institute Alliance Francaise, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
