Cindi Gillette

Cindi Gillette has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Cindi started their career as a Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1992 before moving on to McDonald's Corporation, where they held various positions and progressed to becoming the Senior Manager in the Real Estate Accounting Department. Cindi then joined John Laing Homes as the VP of Finance, where they actively contributed to strategic planning and operational execution. Cindi later served as the Vice President and Controller at Telecare Corporation, overseeing all accounting and regional finance functions. Cindi's most recent work experience was at Peet's Coffee, where they held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Business Transformation, Senior Director of Business Re-engineering for an ERP implementation project, Director of Customer Experience, and Director of Consumer Operations. Throughout their career, Cindi has demonstrated expertise in project management, system implementation, operations leadership, and financial management.

Cindi Gillette completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University from 1990 to 1992. Cindi later pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
