Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson is an experienced account manager in foodservice operations, currently employed by Peet's Coffee since February 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Specialty Coffee Manager at The Fresh Market for one year and served as Regional Sales Manager for Ronnoco Coffee for nearly six years, where responsibilities included managing a $3 million book of business and facilitating training for specialty coffee equipment. Matt began a career in the coffee industry as Cafe Manager at Kansas City University, successfully launching and managing two university coffee shops while also providing human resource solutions. Earlier experience includes working as Managing Editor for Pro One Media Productions, overseeing production operations and client relations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mass Communication & Journalism and a minor in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
