Ramya Joseph

Ramya Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2011, they were the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Pefin, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Vice President of Proprietary Trading at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 2007 to 2011. From 2005 to 2007, they were an Algorithmic Trading Associate in the Institutional Equity Division at Morgan Stanley & Co. Lastly, from 2002 to 2005, they were a Software Engineer at IBM, working on the Websphere Application Server. Ramya also held summer intern and part-time developer roles at IBM from 1999 to 2002.

Ramya Joseph completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2002. Ramya then attended Columbia University, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Science (AI and Machine Learning) in 2006 and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering in 2005.
