Mary R. Chirinos Sphr

Mary R. Chirinos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources and office management roles. From 2018 onwards, they have been working at PEG, initially as an Office Manager and Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources. At PEG, Mary is responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits enrollment, and recruitment.

Prior to joining PEG, Mary worked at Wheat's Lawn & Custom Landscape, Inc. from 2007 to 2017. Mary R. held the roles of Human Resources Manager and Office Manager, overseeing the new hire orientation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing employee relations. Mary R. also played a crucial role in the recruitment process and the management of H2B visas.

Mary's earlier experience includes a role as a Teller Operations Specialist at Bank of America in 2006.

Mary R. Chirinos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute-Chantilly, which they completed from 2011-2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Software Applications & Programming from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 2008-2011. In addition to their educational background, Mary has also earned certifications in the field of Human Resources. Mary R. obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2022 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in February 2020.
