Luis Santiago

Luis Santiago has a wealth of work experience. Luis began their career in 2004 as a Content Provider at Juyá Mobile. In 2005, they became the MovidaGames Coordinator at Mobile Entertainment (MovidaMóvil), where they were responsible for creating content, plots, and promotional text for various games. From 2009 to 2018, they served as an Advertising and Public Relations (PR) Professor at the Central University of Venezuela, teaching mandatory and elective subjects, and tutoring 11 bachelor's theses. During this same time period, they were also a Scrum of Scrums at Infortec Consultores and Deintec. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of PEGASI MED, where they are the Product Owner, head of CRM, Support and Administrative departments, and is responsible for on-site tech support, client relations management, supplier and personnel payments.

Luis Santiago obtained a Master's degree in Social Communication Investigations from Universidad Central de Venezuela between 2010 and 2013. Luis also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication from the same university between 2003 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Certificado Design Sprint Remote Training from Puentte Design in October 2020, and a Certificación en SCRUM from VivifyScrum in December 2017.
