Claudia Paula Lima has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Claudia is the Founder/CEO & Innovation Officer of Pegasus Consultancy Services Ltd, a company that provides technical consultancy and training services globally. In this role, they lead a team of innovative engineers and consistently maintains high standards of training and consultancy. Claudia also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Culture Transformation specialist, where they focus on turning ideas into plans and improving business efficiency.

Claudia Paula Lima holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Electrical Engineering, which they obtained from Universidade Catolica de Minas Gerais from 1975 to 1980. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Centro Universitário Metodista Izabela Hendrix, specifically Colegio Izabela Hendrix, from 1962 to 1973.

In addition to their formal education, Claudia has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Claudia is also a Chartered Electrical Engineer, certified by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in January 1990.
