Laura Fraley

Laura Fraley has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Director of Client Services and Director of Operations at Pegasus Logistics Group since July 2017. In these roles, Laura leads a team focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of domestic operational processes. Previous positions at Pegasus include Operations Excellence Manager and Shared Services Manager, where responsibilities encompassed defining operational procedures and managing staff development. Prior to that, Laura worked at Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC as Station Manager and Operations Supervisor, overseeing inventory management and recommending shipping methods. Laura's career began at Pegasus, where roles included Onsite Customer Support, Weekend Routing and Operations Coordinator, and Tracking Coordinator, emphasizing customer relationship management and shipment tracking.
