Jessica Faulk

Jessica Faulk serves as the Director of Data Strategy and Client Services at BrainTrust Partners since November 2025. Previously, Jessica held various roles at Natera, including Business Analytics Manager for Patient Experience and Patient Billing, where leadership of data initiatives and team development were key responsibilities. Experience extends to positions at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Texas Health and Human Services, focusing on data analysis and report automation. Additional roles include Lead Data Analyst at The Helper Bees, Quality Assurance Analyst at Premier Research Labs, and various academic positions at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Jessica has an extensive educational background with a Master’s degree in Data Analytics and Information Systems from Texas State University and holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology & Sociology.
