Michelle Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as a Contract Logistics Program Manager at Pegasus Logistics Group since April 2023, Michelle previously held various leadership roles at Likewize from October 2015 to April 2023, including Senior Operations Project Manager and Service Assurance Manager. Prior to that, Michelle spent over two decades at Motorola in diverse positions such as Global Strategic Customer Experience Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist. Throughout these roles, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in project management, cross-functional alignment, process implementation, and quality assurance, effectively driving strategy and transformation initiatives while overseeing critical product launches and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
