Jeff Wu

Jeff Wu serves as the Pegasus China Partner, responsible for startup investments, fundraising, growth strategies, and corporate partnerships in China.

Jeff is a serial entrepreneur. Prior to joining Pegasus, he co-founded High-Cloud, a leading cloud computing company, and led the company from a startup to acquisition by High-Sources prior to its successful IPO.

Before High-Cloud, Jeff worked as Managing Director at Boku, a mobile startup backed by A16Z and Khosla Ventures. Before Boku, Jeff spent 15+ years in solution selling, sales management, and customer advisory roles in top tech companies like Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and IBM.

Jeff also serves as a Board Director of Blooms-Data (NEEQ 837072) and as a founding partner of XBV Venture, a Singapore-based cross-border business consultancy. Jeff received his A.S. degree in Biochemistry from Minzu University of China.
