Martin Tantow is a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures with a focus on US and European investments.

Martin is a serial entrepreneur, board member, and investor who co-founded multiple venture-backed startups with three exits, most notably 3scale, which he sold to Red Hat (now IBM). His work focuses on disruptive innovation in Deep Tech, AI/ML, IoT/IIoT, Big Data, FinTech, and Digital Health, mentoring entrepreneurs on growth, international expansion as well as exit strategies.

Earlier in his career, Martin has been a top management consultant at Booz & Company and Oliver Wyman, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on corporate strategy, marketing, and M&A. He was the Chairman at Modula and Oxaion (now Aptean), and a Venture Advisor at Infocomm Investments (now SGInnovate). He started his career at T-Mobile International in Product Management and Strategic Alliances.

Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management and Computer Science from Munich School of Management (LMU) and an Exec. Ed degree from London Business School. He is also a mentor with TechStars, Startupbootcamp, and Astia.
