Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson is the Financial Services Industry Principal Senior Director at Pegasystems. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, working in various senior management positions.

Kelly started their career at Commerzbank AG in 2009 as a Vice President and Client Relationship Manager. Kelly then moved to HSBC in 2012, where they became the Director of the Global Banking COO Group. In this role, they were responsible for business implementation of strategic initiatives, regulatory programs and process improvements. Kelly also provided support to management and producers in day-to-day business operations, and reviewed and revised standard operating procedures and processes to reduce operational risk.

In 2017, Kelly left HSBC to join Bloomberg LP as an Enterprise Relationship Manager. Kelly held this position for three years before joining Pegasystems in 2020.

Kelly Wilson has a MBA in finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in biochemistry from Lehigh University. Kelly also has a certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7.

Kelly Wilson reports to Alan Trefler, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Mary Tafuri - VP, Global GTM Enablement & Effectiveness, Mike Pyle - SVP of Engineering & Product Development, and Leon Trefler - SVP of Global Client Success.
