Rowland Stilwell

Rowland Stilwell has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Service Assurance for the Americas at Pegasystems since April 2014. In this role, Rowland engages with major clients to improve their operational readiness and optimize time to value. Previously, Rowland held the position of Director for Strategic GSA NA Engagements and served as a Principal Software Solutions Engineer, providing expertise on key Pegasystems applications. Prior to joining Pegasystems, Rowland worked at BAE Systems from 2007 to 2014 as a Software/Systems Engineer, contributing to various project stages and consistently meeting client expectations. Rowland holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
