Scott Niejadlik

Scott Niejadlik is a Senior Technology Innovation Manager at Pegasystems, a position held since July 2017, where responsibilities include researching innovative technologies and creating prototypes for product enhancements and customer experiences. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Beam Interactive from July 2006 to June 2017, initially as a Creative Technologist, focusing on creative research and interactive development, and later as a Senior Flash Developer. Scott's career began at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where experiences included teaching, serving as a technical intern at Eastman Kodak, and web development for RIT Residence Life. Scott holds an MFA in Computer Graphics Design and a BFA in New Media Design and Imaging, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
