Melissa Siska currently serves as the Director of Education at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, where responsibilities include overseeing a variety of educational programs for students and teachers. Previous roles include Assistant Director and Instructor at High Touch High Tech, where Melissa led hands-on science workshops for K-8 students and contributed to instructor training and marketing efforts. Earlier experience encompasses positions as an Assistant at Illinois Indiana Sea Grant, Research Assistant at Chicago Botanic Garden, and Lab Technician at Monsanto, among others. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Plant Biology and Conservation from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and German from Butler University.
