Merry Babaz

Merry Babaz is a regulatory affairs expert with extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Responsable des Affaires Réglementaires at PEGGY SAGE since January 2018, Merry has previously held positions at SLA Paris, where responsibilities included formulation development, quality control assistance, and management of product launches, while also handling regulatory affairs. Additional experience encompasses a six-month R&D engineering internship focused on reformulating cosmetic products, as well as a five-month R&D internship at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, which involved the synthesis and characterization of bio-sourced monomers. Earlier roles in the cosmetics industry included work in packaging and formulation assistance, complemented by customer service positions at Banque Populaire and CAISSE D'EPARGNE. Merry holds an engineering degree in Chemistry and Physics with a specialization in Polymer Engineering and Formulation from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie Biologie et Physique in Bordeaux.
