Steve Watson

Steve Watson has extensive experience in engineering management and production quality, currently serving as the European Engineering Manager and previously as the Industrial Engineering Manager at PEI-Genesis since August 2007. Watson is responsible for overseeing production processes, implementing Lean Six Sigma improvements, managing quality issues, and executing planned preventative maintenance for machinery. With a solid foundation in mechanical fitting and inspection acquired during tenure at Pratt & Whitney Canada and GEC Marconi, Watson demonstrates strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills while leading teams to foster independence and adaptability in challenging environments.
