Carmela Mendoza

Carmela Mendoza is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in reporting and editorial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Reporter at PEI - Alternative Insight since October 2015, Carmela specializes in covering the private equity industry across Europe and Asia-Pacific for Private Equity International, the only global publication focusing on investor and fund manager relationships. Prior to this, Carmela held the position of Asia Reporter and Writer & Assistant Editor at Digital Boomerang from December 2011 to October 2015, where projects included various government websites in Singapore. Additional experience includes roles as Web & Editorial Manager at Potato Productions, Information & Media Officer at the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development, and Editorial Intern at The Philippine STAR. Carmela holds an AB in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Communications and Psychology, from Ateneo de Manila University.
