Tammie Montgomery currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Restaurant Technology at Pei Wei since March 2018, bringing extensive experience in technology management within the food service industry. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Retail Technology at Jamba Juice and Manager of Applications & Support at Main Event Entertainment. Tammie also held the position of Sr. Enterprise Support Manager at On The Border and has a strong background in Information Technology from Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Earlier career experiences include a role as Installer/Support at Southern Hospitality Systems. Tammie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University and the University of Phoenix.

Who we are: Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, is one of four concepts owned and operated by West Coast Capital, the second largest Operator of fast casual/quick-service Chinese restaurants in the U.S. Pei Wei’s story began in 2000 in Scottsdale, Arizona with a dream of a restaurant that served authentic, Asian-inspired dishes without compromising freshness for speed of service. Twenty-one years later, our story continues. With each plate, our guests enjoy bold, Asian flavors that couple sit-down quality with take-out convenience. We place an emphasis on preparing our handcrafted dishes with fresh, house-chopped veggies and whole cuts of white-meat chicken and grass-fed flank steak.
