Greg Wheeler

Greg Wheeler is an experienced Information Technology Manager with a strong background in operational support and management of Microsoft and Citrix ecosystems, as well as cloud offerings such as Azure and AWS. Currently at Pekin Insurance since January 2016, Greg has developed technology roadmaps, implemented disaster recovery procedures, and enhanced security policies while ensuring high service satisfaction in highly virtualized environments. Prior roles include Delivery Manager for CloudOps and IT Manager focused on distributed and cloud computing at Caterpillar Inc., where Greg led IT infrastructure projects and managed a substantial desktop environment and budget. Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University, an Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology from Illinois Central College, and completed a 4-Year Machinist Apprentice Course at Caterpillar, Inc.
