Thomas Ballard

Thomas Ballard is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cloud systems operations and service management, currently serving as a Cloud SysOps Architect at Pekin Insurance since May 2013. Throughout the tenure at Pekin Insurance, Thomas has successfully recreated databases, developed training materials, and generated various reports using multiple Microsoft applications and Crystal Reports.
