Kate Besseau

Kate Besseau has a diverse work experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. Kate is currently working at Pela as a Customer Experience Lead - Lomi Technical Specialist since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Front Of House Manager at Bad Tattoo Brewing from May 2021 to November 2021. From October 2020 to May 2021, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Moxie's Grill & Bar. Before that, they served as a Restaurant Supervisor at OAK + CRU Social Kitchen & Wine Bar from August 2019 to October 2020. Kate also worked as an Assistant Manager at Coast Hotels from November 2018 to August 2019. Kate began their career at Bar Robo as a Day Manager & Event Coordinator from April 2017 to August 2019.

Kate Besseau started their education in 2010 at the University of Ottawa, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Social Science with a focus on Anthropology. Kate completed this degree in 2016. In 2021, Kate enrolled at Simon Fraser University to pursue a degree in Human Resources Management, with a specific focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Kate is expected to complete this program in 2024. Additionally, Kate obtained a certification in Organizational Learning and Development from LinkedIn in December 2021.
