Mira Ahlstedt

Mira Ahlstedt is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Communications Specialist and previously as a Communications Coordinator at Pelastakaa Lapset ry - Save the Children Finland since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Journalist at MTV Oy and a Communications Coordinator at KIOS Foundation from November 2016 to April 2020. Mira's earlier positions include internships at the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials and as a Project Assistant at the Association of Finnish Advertisers. Mira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Malmö University, a Master’s Degree in African Studies from the University of Copenhagen, and has completed various educational programs in related fields, including Development Studies. Currently, Mira is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Photography at LAB University of Applied Sciences.
