Erik Childers

Erik Childers has over 25 years of experience in various roles within manufacturing and welding sectors. Currently serving as a Subarc Welder at Pelco Structural, LLC since September 2022, Erik has previously held positions including Supervisor of BPU Products at Lufkin Industries and Inventory Cycle Counter at Matrix Service Company. Earlier experience includes Inventory Controller at Worthington Industries and a Lead Man/Top Welder at Baldor Electric Company, where responsibilities included leading the Stator Band department. Erik also contributed as a Top Painter/Group Leader at Worthington Cylinders. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Microcomputer Applications from NEO Vo-Tech and a diploma from Claremore High School.
