Belinda joined PCC in December 2018 as Controller. She is an experienced accounting and financial reporting professional and brings her years of experience as a manager in public and corporate accounting environment to PCC. Before joining PCC, Belinda worked as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting in a large publishing company. Her public accounting background as an auditor with Ernst & Young and with Condon, O’Meara, McGinty & Donnelly LLP has helped her to be successful in leading accounting teams and as well as advising executives on financial, reporting, compliance, budget and audit-related issues. As a long-time Westchester resident, she is excited to be a part of the PCC team.
