Karen Taylor

Karen Taylor currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing and Environment, as well as Head of Manufacturing and Compliance at Pelham Laboratories since April 2021. Previously, Taylor worked at Inovia International Ltd as the Manufacturing and Environmental Manager, leading the introduction of the Ingredients Division at the Waterlooville site, and at Hampshire Cosmetics, where Taylor held various roles including Head of Operations, overseeing multiple teams and maintaining site services. Taylor also has experience as a Development Chemist at Julius Meller Toiletries and as a Doctoral Candidate at Royal Agricultural University, focusing on genetics and behavior. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Applied Sciences from Bournemouth University and a BSc in Animal Science from Imperial College London.
