Joyce Oakley

Joyce Oakley is currently working as the Employment & Training Manager at The Pelican Bay Foundation since January 2011. Prior to this role, Oakley held various positions in human resources and management in companies such as JEO Development, Advanced Composites, Inc., and Alcoa Home Exteriors. Oakley also has experience in education as an Adjunct Instructor at Wright State University. With a Masters in Business Administration from Wright State University, Oakley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in HR management, employee relations, and training.
