Nika Balderas

Ma Nika Balderas has a strong background in the hospitality and food service industry, accumulating diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Dining Room Assistant at Pelican Bay Foundation since January 2022, Ma Nika previously held positions as a Management Trainee at Graceland Food Industry Inc and a Food Server at Pelican Bay Foundation. Earlier experience includes a Culinary Internship at Island House Hotel and a role as a Food Server/Cashier at Crown Park Hotel and Restaurant. Ma Nika holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Mariners Polytechnic Colleges, obtained in 2017.
