We were established by Bristol Water and Wessex Water as a joint venture company to manage all their metering, billing and collection operations, and to serve as a point of contact for all non operational customer enquiries. Today, we are highly skilled in every area of our business and deliver award winning customer service (both to our clients and, in turn their customers). In 2015, we embarked on a journey involving all staff and stakeholders to develop a new name and visual identity that would reflect our company vision, mission and business objectives.
