Tony Rossi has over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Pelican Energy Consultants since August 2005. In this role, Tony leads multi-disciplinary project management efforts across various locations, including offices in the United States and internationally in China and Ghana. Previously, Tony held a significant position at Texaco Pipelines, LLC from July 1990 to February 2002, where responsibilities included managing full engineering projects and coordinating facility construction drawing processes for the Engineering and Construction Group. Tony's expertise encompasses project management, scheduling, cost estimating, design supervision, and construction oversight.
