Beatriz Sanchez

Beatriz SANCHEZ is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as Head of People at Pelico since December 2024. Prior to this role, Beatriz held the same position at Manty from November 2019 to December 2024 and served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Qonto from April 2019 to September 2019. Beatriz has also been the Head of Talent Acquisition at YOSS and has volunteered for international recruitment at Secours Catholique-Caritas France. Previous experience includes roles at Deloitte in organizational transformation and as COO and co-founder of FloresElite. Beatriz’s expertise spans various HR functions including change management, recruitment, and compensation management, with a strong background in strategy development and process optimization. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has also studied at ESCP Business School and NEOMA Business School.
