Rachael Louise Skerritt

Rachael Louise S. has extensive experience in people and culture roles, currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Kordia since February 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Parrot Analytics and MediaWorks NZ. Rachael has a strong background in partnering with senior leaders to enhance team performance and drive strategic cultural initiatives, with prior roles including Senior HR Advisor at The University of Auckland, Regional HR Business Partner at Liberty Living, and Assistant HR Manager at SRLV. Rachael's career began as HR Assistant at Savills and includes various positions that emphasize generalist HR functions, employee relations, and performance management. Rachael holds an MSc in Human Resources Management & Development from London South Bank University and additional qualifications in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University and Peterborough College.
