Jeff joined Pelion as Managing Director in 2019. Before Pelion, Jeff was CEO, Co-Founder, and Chairman of Stance, an apparel brand that celebrates human originality. Stance reinvented basics starting with socks and underwear by combining edgy prints with advanced material sciences and garment construction. Stance investors include Will Smith, Dwyane Wade, Jay-Z, James Harden, Stanford, Kleiner Perkins, Menlo Ventures and Mercato.

Prior to Stance, Jeff was a board director and executive at Logoworks, an internet marketplace that was successfully acquired by Hewlett Packard, and worked as an Associate at vSpring Capital. Jeff has angel invested in 40+ tech and consumer startups with a 70% IRR. He is a board director at Scopely and Just Water.

Jeff was named the 2012 Director of the Year by the Forum for Corporate Directors for serving as Chairman of Skullcandy during the company’s growth from under $1M in sales in 2003 through its IPO in 2011. He was also named the 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Orange County. Jeff holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
