Lawrence Copestick

Lawrence Copestick is a Graduate Structural Engineer at Pell Frischmann, where contributions include the creation of a carbon accounting tool and ongoing development of carbon breakdowns for various projects. Lawrence is also enrolled in the Sheffield Engineering Leadership Academy, which focuses on equipping engineering students with leadership skills. In addition, Lawrence serves as the Sheffield Student Branch Chairman for ASHRAE UK Midlands Chapter, having established a new Student Branch to promote ASHRAE and the building services sector. As a Civil and Structural Department Ambassador at The University of Sheffield, Lawrence assists prospective students with inquiries about student life. Prior experience includes working as a lifeguard at Everyone Active and winning the Technology, Design and Innovation Challenge with a prototype developed during the Engineering Education Scheme. Lawrence is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Architectural Engineering at The University of Sheffield, expected to graduate in 2025.
