Petureau Luc

PETUREAU LUC has extensive experience in customer service engineering and technical support roles, with a current position at Pellenc ST as Customer Service Engineering Ouest France since May 2016. Responsibilities include managing a team of four technicians, providing expert process support, and ensuring customer satisfaction for over 50 clients with around 200 machines. Previous experience includes a role as Field Service Engineer Sud-Ouest France, where PETUREAU LUC focused on integrating and maintaining optical sorting machines, as well as fostering client relationships and managing maintenance contracts. Prior to Pellenc ST, PETUREAU LUC worked at Somethy for over a decade, handling installation and maintenance of hydrotherapy equipment domestically and internationally, alongside training technical staff in various establishments. Educational qualifications include a BTS in electrical engineering, electronics, and communications from CFAI Languedoc Roussillon.
