Kristen Connell

Kristen Connell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kristen began their career at GE Capital in 1997, where they participated in the Information Management Leadership Program. In 2000, they joined Palladium Group as a Vice President and worked there until 2010. Since 2011, Kristen has been associated with Peloton Group. Kristen initially served as Vice President, leading the team responsible for driving digital transformation for clients. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief People Officer, where they oversee talent acquisition, education, professional development, performance management, human resources, and culture development at Peloton.

Kristen Connell has studied management at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree.
