Cecilia Farooqi

Cecilia Farooqi is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Peloton Interactive since December 2021, after previously holding the position of Director of UX Design. Prior to Peloton, Cecilia held the role of Director of Design/UX at WebMD for a year. Cecilia spent several years at Equinox, progressing from Senior Manager of Digital Design to Director of Product Design and Director of Digital Design between 2012 and 2020. Earlier career experiences include working as an Associate and Senior Designer in Digital Media at Cooper, Robertson & Partners, alongside freelance design projects for small businesses from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Cecilia gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Goldshot Studio and completed summer design internships at Southwest Design Associates, Gilliatt/Paris, and AMS Pictures. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Pratt Institute, earned in 2003.
