Charlie Gilmore

Charlie Gilmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in warranty operations and business development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Warranty Operations at Peloton Interactive since January 2021, Charlie oversees global warranty policy and extended service contract program development. Prior roles include Business Development Director at Velocare, where responsibilities included managing third-party partnerships and new business initiatives. Previously at Razer Inc., Charlie also led the global warranty operations, implementing successful service contract programs.
