Tsega Menelik

Tsega Menelik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance and talent management. Currently serving as Director of Performance Management at Peloton Interactive since September 2024, Tsega previously held key roles at American Express from May 2019 to April 2024, including leading talent planning for the CEO and Executive Committee and transforming performance management processes. Prior experience includes overseeing the Market Executive Leadership Academy at Bank of America, managing HR projects at Crunch Fitness, and various marketing roles at Razorfish and Ogilvy & Mather. With a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University, Tsega brings a strong educational background to the field.
