Bradania McWilliams

Bradania McWilliams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant for Premier Designs, managing their own business and conducting in-home jewelry shows. Bradania also created social media content to promote their business. From 2016 to 2017, Bradania worked as a Business Administrative Assistant at Gavin Advertising, where they improved their time management and organizational skills by handling tasks such as managing office inventory, scheduling meetings, and drafting case studies.

In 2017, Bradania joined Select Security as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and designing email campaigns. Bradania also worked closely with the Inside Sales Manager to meet sales goals and develop the division's website.

From 2018 to 2021, Bradania served as the Venue Director at Historic Shady Lane, where they managed the venue and its operations. In 2018, they also became an Associate Market Mentor at Monat Global. In this role, Bradania provided mentoring and guidance to others in relation to marketing efforts.

Bradania then worked as a Business Manager at Gray Apple Market from 2021 to 2022, overseeing business operations. Bradania then transitioned to ROHR+DESIGN, LLC, where they served as a Marketing Strategist from August 2022 to February 2023, developing marketing strategies for the company.

Currently, Bradania is employed as a Marketing Specialist at Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they also ran their own digital marketing freelancing business called I'm Your Girl.

In 2014, they transferred to Penn State University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, specializing in Marketing and Management. Bradania completed their studies at Penn State University in 2017. In 2015, they also briefly attended York College of Pennsylvania, focusing on marketing.
