Carsten Guenther is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of experience in credit analysis and leveraged finance. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Officer and Partner at Pemberton Asset Management Group since November 2016, Carsten leads the Credit Analyst Team, overseeing independent credit analysis and advising on credit risks for investment opportunities. Prior to Pemberton, Carsten was a Managing Director at GE Capital from July 2002 to December 2015, where responsibilities included leading work-out deals for distressed leveraged debt and project finance assets across multiple European countries, as well as underwriting LBO debt facilities. Carsten holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Lancaster University, completed in 2002.
