Harriet Steel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across leading investment firms. Currently serving as the Partner and Global Head of Clients at Pemberton Asset Management since April 2023, Steel previously held key roles including Head of Business Development for International at Federated Hermes and Global Head of Business Development at Hermes Investment Management, where contributions included serving on the Executive Committee and Executive Board. Earlier career highlights include a tenure as Managing Director at Portico Advisors and significant positions at Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust Company.
